They last system I am going to touch on is social media. I am not consistent in this area as you can see on our page. I am trying to manage it better this year. I am creating a social media calendar, this will have holidays, events, upcoming specials, ideas and I will hopefully be able to plan at least 3 months at a time. 

Some fun things you can post in your customer group are:
-Inspirational quotes
-A bag of the day or week featuring the customer special or just a favorite
-Bundles on a specific day
-Outfits with our bags (Fashion Friday) A great place to find these are Polyvore, Pinterest
-Ideas for product uses
-Organizational tips
-National Silly and Fun Holidays
-Pictures of you using our products
-giveaways (sometimes for fun and sometimes to build your business, more adds of people)

People want more than to just be sold to. Give them something to look forwrd to besides a sale.
